English History, Culture and Beliefs Course with cream tea

Please note that due to the popularity of Culture Course, Culture Course will be held twice on Friday 3rd May. You are invited at 2.30pm when Richard’s talk will be followed by a cream tea OR at 7pm for dinner followed by Richard’s Talk. The talk will be the same at both so please choose one. This page is for booking for the cream tea.

Afternoon cream tea at the home of Richard and Margaret Blake, and an opportunity to learn more about English culture, history and beliefs. Richard will be giving a talk on ‘Sometimes friends, sometimes enemies- England, Scotland and Ireland through the ages‘. A hot meal (with vegetarian options available) is followed by puddings, and then a talk from Richard. This event is free, but booking in advance is essential, as it is very popular, and numbers are limited.
