Why not watch the classic novel Jane Eyre this weekend and join us for a discussion on 16th April.

Jane Eyre is a classic novel following the life of an independent, strong-minded orphan girl from childhood into her adult life. It was written by Charlotte Bronte in 1847 that has been made into films, tv series and plays over the last 100 years.

The National Theatre is making a filmed theatre version of Jane Eyre available to watch free for one week on the National Theatre YouTube channel from 7pm on Thursday 9th April until Thursday 16th April More information can be fond on the National Theatre website https://www.nationaltheatre.org.uk/shows/nt-at-home-jane-eyre

If you would rather watch a movie than a long play then you could try the 1943 version for some film history or the 2011 version for a more up-to-date style.
